From our family home in Jagawirt, we select the finest meat from our gamey pigs, wonderful vegetables, fresh fruit and homebrewed schnapps, among other things.
There you'll find Werner Goach, a man who's always been ahead of his time. He's consistently emphasised the importance of properly caring for all animals according to their species. The meat processing occurs locally in our own butcher's shop.
